Where is the AUX port in a SAAB?

SAAB
Tomboy asked:

My parents own a SAAB 2005 9-3 ARC convertible. I’ve been trying to find the AUX port but don’t see it anywhere. I can’t look in the owner’s manual because it was stolen awhile back and the only sites I found are ones I have to pay for. Anyone know where the port is? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I’m pretty sure it’s optional equipment, but if you do have it, it’s in the center console.

You can download your owner’s manual from here:

i had to install mine myself because the dealership will make you pay an arm and a leg to connect a plug into an already existing plug.
you can get a DIY kit here:

thats the one i have..works very well and comes with step by step instructions so its fool proof.
i’ve also read that the kit that saab installs in your car will reverse the left and right channels.
