How much do Mercedes Benz Sales Consultants really make in a year?
Is the pay commission, draw, or salary? Is working at a Mercedes Benz dealership really that better or worse than another dealership such as Ford, Chevy or Honda?

car sales men always get payed commission no matter the company and I thing it would be worse because not many people have money to buy mercedes benz none like the ford chevy or honda those cars are more affordable
Depends on the dealer they work for. Some are 100% commission while others are a mix of commission and salary.
Whatever their pay structure, the more the person sells, the more money they make.
Most car dealerships train you on the job. Your income depends on how good you are at selling cars, but also what the profit margin at your dealership looks like.
Some high volume dealerships sell lots of cars for a little profit. You have to sell MORE.
Some dealerships have a larger profit margin but not as many sales. You have to be better at selling. Since the profit margin is larger, the cost of the car is larger, so it’s harder to sell (but you don’t have to sell as many).
