Depends on condition, mileage, etc. You’ve provided too little info for anyone to make an informed decision. The deal could be great, average, or horrible depending on the overall condition of the car.

To be honest with you, while the Accord is a fabulous car, for that kind of mileage, off hand it seems to be a little high in price. The reason for that is because of amount of Depreciation and Mileage that there is on the car, it seems to be a bit too much. I would pay no more than around $6500 for it. Just be sure, however, that before you do buy it, that you have it checked up thoroughly by a reliable mechanic, and the reason for that is because in all likely hood, the current owner will mark on the Bill of Sale that the words
SOLD AS IS will be marked. It’s just a way for you to cover your butt, is what I am telling you.
To be honest with you though, on the other hand, you are not really telling me much as far as the car goes. You fail to indicate to me what kind of options that the car has, as well as what kind of model Accord that it is, because as you know, each particular model has its own value.
Good luck!!!!! Should you do buy it though, not to worry because it is a very reliable car. One of the first things that you should do if you do end up buying the car is to have the car rust-proofed. Just an ounce of prevention.

03 with 93k miles depending on the condition is not a bad price. For a 03 with that many miles assuming it is an lx (mid grade) Would probably bring about 12-13k from a dealer such as myself with a warrenty and being surviced. I do not think you would be hurt plus you will be able to drive that 9000 out of it and a lot more. They are giving up on a very good car before it is used up.
